Oscar’s organized documentation helps maintain efficiency in all his projects, ultimately creating a seamless design process. Oscar is well-versed in building codes, zoning, regulations, and is dedicated to maintaining a strong client relationship throughout the entire project.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love to visit new places, visit interesting buildings, watch movies and play soccer.

What are your most impactful projects at DRAW?:

Bethel Park School District was my first project at the company and was a big challenge. I really enjoyed all the things I learned in the process!

I think the PennWest California New Science Building is a beautiful project. I am very happy with the results of the teamwork.

What keeps you coming back to work everyday?

I am lucky because I can work on two important things to me everyday: designing buildings and improving people’s lives.

Robie House – Frank Lloyd Wright

What is your dream destination?

Nepal

What is your bucket list item?

Write a book, have a big woodworking workshop, write a song.
