Dorseyville Middle School Renovations and New Makerspace

While much of the emphasis for the renovation of the Fox Chapel Area School District’s Dorseyville Middle School was put on upgrading safety, security, and infrastructure elements, the project also targeted very visible improvements to improve the student and instructional spaces.

A new makerspace at Dorseyville Middle School was designed to accompany a newly renovated media center/library to add new tools for an instructional program that is placing significant emphasis on a STEAM-related, comprehensive curriculum.
