What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy taking hikes and cycling with my wife. My hobbies include woodworking, drumming, and watching movies.

What keeps you coming back to work every day?

The knowledge that I am contributing to something bigger than me. Adding my own spin or tweak to a process that was started long before my tenure at DRAW. And, hopefully, leaving a mark on my work and with the people who become my work family.

What is your favorite architectural building?

The Burj Khalifa. I think you have to appreciate the shear magnitude of the world’s tallest building. A massive undertaking.

What is your dream destination?

I would love to visit Japan.

What is your bucket list item?

Travel to all 50 states in the US. I’ve got 35 punches out on my dance card already.
