To celebrate the women across both of our offices, we gathered for our annual International Women’s Day breakfast while reflecting on the women and roles that influence our lives and kicked off our Women’s History Month donation drive to support Dress for Success Pittsburgh.
We asked the women at DRAW Collective to tell us what women can be, and the responses were inspiring: adventurous, confident, empathetic, anything we want to be, and more. At DRAW, 58% of our team is made up of women whose values and perspectives shape our shared goal: to design places that matter, together.
Dress for Success
Dress for Success is a non-profit organization that encourages women and nonbinary people to re-enter the workforce. To promote confidence and security, Dress for Success provides professional attire, personal care products, career development services, and a supportive community. Through donations and volunteers around the country, Dress for Success helps provide the necessities people need to gain economical stability.
