Pine-Richland Athletic Facilities Upgrades

DRAW Collective has worked with the School District on a number of athletics projects over the years. Initially, DRAW Collective designed a fan-friendly new stadium facility that included a gateway entrance, a concession stand, and a press box with a banquet room located within the box.

Later, DRAW Collective assisted the Pine-Richland School District with an assessment of the conditions and needs of the District’s athletic facilities. The district-wide study developed solutions for improvements at each of the Pine-Richland buildings, including the high school campus. Options were developed for improvements to the stadium, practice and play fields, gymnasiums, locker rooms, and other storage and support facilities. The study defined a new, multi-sport, indoor fieldhouse proposed for the HS/MS campus.

The study included visual tools, including renderings, diagrams and master schedules for the use of athletic fields by the District athletic teams and community groups. The first project that resulted from the study included a new, multi-purpose practice field for the High School campus and, more recently, replacement of the track surface at the stadium, visitor locker room addition/concessions building, and improvements to the high school natatorium.
