Stephanie is a dedicated construction administrator with experience across multiple states and industries. She is highly organized and brings efficiency to all phases of construction, serving as a key point of coordination between the architect, general contractor, and owner. Her responsibilities include preparing detailed and accurate drawings, conducting site visits, reviewing change orders, and developing and reviewing punch lists to track corrective work. With a background that also includes cost estimating, project coordination, and construction management, Stephanie contributes a well-rounded, collaborative approach that supports strong project execution in the field.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy learning and teaching my daughter, Stella (age 7). We like to explore different cultures, nature, and try new activities. Currently, we are passionate about horseback riding and spending time at the stables. We also love a good picnic at the lake, painting, hot yoga, and just being in good company. Halloween is our favorite time of year!
What keeps you coming back to work everyday?
The sense of camaraderie and knowing I am contributing to a shared effort.
