The FIRST FLOOR of the Times-Tribune Building will be the main artery into the museum and the first connecting point to explore the space that is Neighborhood North.
Here's an idea of the first-floor flow!
☕️ Beaver Falls Coffee & Tea will have their second location coffee shop in the lobby inviting folks from the park and community to come and explore the beautiful lobby and relax for some food and coffee. The wall behind the coffee shop will be decorated with memorabilia and photos from the News Tribune newspaper.
🎟 Admissions! Where you can gain entry into the museum.
🏗 Exhibits will be integrated into the original steel in the vertical space and will honor the history of the building and invite further exploration.
🔍 A 2-story lobby with glass walls that look both into the floor below and up into the second floor will invite guests to explore the possibilities.
Also found on this main floor will be a corridor of traveling hands-on exhibits that will rotate and allow for new exploration on various themes and topics from space to art to animals and everything in between.

Kristin is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree of fine arts in interior design and brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm having prior experience as an Architectural Designer and Interior Designer at firms nationwide. Check out this article on the groundbreaking of one of DRAW Collective's current projects: PennWest California's New Science Building! The new, 63,500-square-foot science building is prominently located at the campus entrance and features 17 advanced laboratories for biology, chemistry, and physics. During the planning phase, great emphasis was placed on designing these laboratories to be highly flexible, accommodating a wide variety of class types and sizes. Additionally, given its location, the new building was designed to harmonize with the historic architecture of the main campus buildings. #highereducation #educationdesign #laboratories
