New Student Center, Stover Hall

Waynesburg University

Located at the heart of the Waynesburg Campus, The Stover Campus Center was designed by DRAW Collective to vertically connect two parts of the campus providing an accessible route that also passes through the open
center of the building, encouraging interaction and activating the student spaces in the building.

Over the years since it was first built, DRAW has worked with Waynesburg to update multiple spaces within the building and we are currently working to develop an entrepreneurial hub that will provide flexible space for creative activity, maker spaces, and classroom space.

This program is a critical component of the leadership programs at Waynesburg; it’s placement within the  student center was intentionally developed to both capture the energy of student activity and also share the enthusiasm of the student entrepreneurs working in the space.

“A Student Center is not just a hub of a campus or the place where students can grab a bite to eat or relax. It is a showcase for an institution to display on a daily basis the services and amenities that it offers to students and campus visitors.” – DRAW Collective
