DRAW Collective designed a series of residence hall projects for the Waynesburg University campus creating five separate buildings that house more than 350 students.
A new three-building residence hall complex adjacent to the Stover Campus Center introduced a new concept in student housing that served to shape the design of subsequent new residence halls on campus.
Smaller, multiple buildings were able to be sized to match the scale of existing campus buildings and the traditional architectural vocabulary of the campus. The new rooms provided students with semi-private living space.
The initial project spurred the subsequent design and construction of Pollock Hall, a four-story facility, and Willison Hall, a seven-story residence hall.
