Indoor Athletic Facility

Trinity Area School District

The Trinity Area School District’s 26,300 SF new multi-purpose athletic facility includes a large Health & Wellness Training Center with an indoor turf practice facility to support the District’s Athletic Stadium.

The indoor turf field is used by multiple athletic teams for year-round practices. The field surface was selected to be playable for football, soccer, baseball,

softball and other sports groups. An athlete conditioning training center is also integrated into the new facility. The project also includes an expansion of the District’s natatorium for improved spectator seating and public entry.

The facility enhances the athletic curriculum by providing teachers with a larger, soft-surface

group instruction space and enhanced physical education opportunities.

The new Health & Wellness Training Center is part of an overall project which includes a new Intermediate Elementary School and Middle School renovations which were also designed by DRAW.
