Get to know Laura:

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with my husband, JJ, and my dog, Mando. We also like playing board games, watching new TV shows, snowboarding in the winter, and traveling in the summer.

What keeps you coming back to work every day?

I enjoy the problem-solving nature of the work we do. We discuss with the client, find the roadblocks, and develop a solution for each individual project. The best part of the job is seeing everything come to fruition. Seeing something come from your mind and transition into a physical space is an amazing feeling. It makes all the hard work worth it.

What is your dream destination?

Currently, Spain or Japan. I’d love to see the architecture and enjoy the food in either place. My husband and I also want to go snowboarding in Japan.
