As Human Resources Manager, Michelle plays a vital role in shaping the culture of DRAW Collective. She leads initiatives focused on processes, policies, retention, and employee and leadership development, while also overseeing insurance benefits and supporting overall employee well-being. A trusted resource across the firm, Michelle helps to foster a positive, supportive workplace.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Baking sweets, taking walks with friends, crocheting baby blankets with my favorite yarn. Plus, any and all forms of self-care!
What are your most impactful projects at DRAW?
Lattice Implementation: I am enjoying learning Lattice and teaching everyone how it works. We have more to learn and implement, and it is going to be really exciting!
Alignment Day: I took on some facilitation during Alignment Day this year, which is when the entire company gets together to learn, plan and share. I enjoyed engaging with everyone and hearing their ideas while having some fun along the way!
DISC Debriefs with New Hires: I have enjoyed going over new hires’ DISC results and having them learn more about themselves and their preferences. It’s a great way to improve communication and team effectiveness and it raises our awareness about ourselves and others.
What keeps you coming back to work everyday?
The friendly people and how they contribute their talents to support each other and our clients. Also, I enjoy learning new things, and there is much for me to learn here at DRAW. I’m excited to see our projects evolve and move forward, and to see what new projects may come our way, too.
What is your favorite architectural building?
The Chateau at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort – so beautiful!
